Hi! I have candida and bowel problems, but not Chrons/UC. Possibly leaky gut. I want to try the SCD, but I also have hormonal and metabolic issues and I believe that I need at least 50-100g or carbs a day. Because of the candida, I can't have fruit, so it's basically just veggies. Can I get enough carbs that way? Is it ok to eat like 700g of broccoli at a time? It won't digest fully. How do you guys get your carbs? Or are you all basically ketogenic? I've been doing keto dieting for a long time and I think it's trashing my metabolism. I want to add in a bit more carbs.
