Do you have any info hiding in the FAQ's section regarding castor oil packs? If so, I couldn't find it:(
If not then what are they used for?
does it have any side effects?

Oh I'm sorry, you're quite right, I haven't put that in the FAQ. I guess it was one of those I left to the other forums, I think we have a castor oil pack forum. :)
I'll see about remedying that, and it should have a link to Raymond's post about his wife too. Okay, keep an eye out for a post on castor oil packs. :)
