It depends on your body type and how much control you have over the sauna's temperature. If it's too hot so that you feel tired as soon as you get in, avoid and do detox baths instead. Pitta people don't manage saunas well.
To increase the effect of the sauna it helps to drink chamomile tea or take in a bit of cayenne pepper tincture.
Keep an eye on your skin, especially your face/nose. If you start seeing red spider veins, discontinue the sauna.
