Absolutely. :) One of the things the
juicing for Life book points out, and I confirmed with other sources, is that carrot juice strips out fats from bile.
Bile as you know is re-used constantly, and with each use, only about 5% goes down permanently as waste to be processed by microbes. 95% returns right back to the liver through the hepato-whatever circulatory system. (don't you just love it when I forget the exact technical term? LOL!)
Since bile salts are made from cholesterol, it's easy for the solution to become more cholesterol heavy than it ought, and the constant re-use can lead to very toxic, acidic bile that causes acid reflux and leaky gut.
I can hardly wait to get my ration of carrot juice today. :) I've been indulging just a bit too much in flour-based decadance to make up for all that time being pristine while cleansing my liver... ;)
