Hi,
I just wanted to add a couple thoughts to Agnes's wonderful post. She's exactly right in what she said. When my GB problems became acute, the only food I could tolerate was fruit...anything else sent me into agony. I'd encourage you to do the liver cleanse if possible. I did not know about the liver cleanse until after I'd had my GB removed...and was still having attacks! There were stones in my common bile duct. The liver cleanse flushed them all out! I've since done 8 cleanses and passed over 2,000 stones...proof that stones are in the liver!
Couple more thoughts, make sure you drink plenty of water and organic apple juice. Also, eat organic foods that are good for you liver, in the form of juice if possible: beets, radishes, celery, carrots and grapefruit (it's better not to combine veggies with any fruit except apple)
