Hi! I was wondering if you get the same benefits from say Dr Schulze Superfood as you would do with freshly juiced veg and fruit? It would be a lot quicker in the morning and maybe cheaper to do the superfood.
My favorites are a bunch of kale with 2 apples and also 2 apples with 4-6 stalks of celery. I personally like just about any green with plenty of apple. YUM!
