I have severe eczema at times which I have been able to heal by going on an anti-candida diet. My skin flares up the most when it gets very humid and there are lots of mold spores in the air. I am battling with the mold demons right now as the humidity has been very high where I live.

My skin issues actually got a little worse after I cleared candida. I turned out I still had a bit of leaky gut/ food allergies that would causes rashes. Things like cabbage and other weird foods you might not expect.
