hey guys, i'm on 5th day of Candigone. I have ulcerative colitis / IBS a.ka. leaky gut, and sometimes i see these flakelike things, some are bigger than other. i just took a shit and i saw a shitload of them, lol. since i have ulcerative colitis I have way too many frequent bowel movements along with excruciating pain. anyone have any ideas? I know something has got to be causing my ulcerative colitis. please, any feedback I would appreciate it. - Mike

  These flakes sounds pretty much like the candida specks.. if so they are candida "eggs". THe way it reproduces (seeing them is a good sign).
  
  Excruciating pain means- you are doing something utterly wrong.
  There are very FEW pain centers in your intestinal walls, if you feel pain SLOW DOWN on the Candigone or whaterver you have started that might cause that pain= go for a raw veggy only diet until the pain is gone.

    thanks Jhan, the pain that I endure is from my ulcerative colitis, the disease from hell. but im focused on 2 factors. mercury poisoning (baught a urine test kit for it) and Candida. also they say smoking cures ulcerative colitis so I'm wearing a nicotine patch because I don't wanna smoke and get addicted. oh yeah, and smell like ass.

      Fennel is great for colitis. Ulcers can be caused by Candida threads and Candigone might just make it worse.
      
      Mercury and candida are closely related. Mercury changes the ph to favorize the growth of candida.
