Average weeks food intake (sorry for the slight disorder):
Dinners (eaten between the hours of 5pm - 9pm):
Canned tuna stir-fry, cooked with olive oil. Using red onion, cabbage, broccoli, radish, leeks, fresh root ginger, spices, cayenne pepper, chilli etc
Fresh fish with vegetables
Lamb chops with mixed fresh veg or salad
Eggs in omlette made frying 3 eggs with olive oil and combination of veg (mentioned in tuna stir fry)
Buckwheat pasta with organic pesto and mixed veg and/or salad
Chicken stir fry as above (re. veg)
A curry, (professional takeaway) with lamb or veg (i.e tarka dahl=lentils). I have this with salad not rice)
Sometimes I have a doner kebab but just order the meat on its own with lettuce and onions.
I tend to stick to these dinners, mixing salad/veg for variety.
Breakfast (eaten between 8am - 12 pm) – I sometimes have my dinner (as above) for breakfast! (this means I would have say a tuna stirfry (from list above) at 8am). I have my dinner for breakfast about twice per week. I will then have another dinner at dinner time (5pm - 9pm)!
Sometimes cooked millet flakes OR quinoa flakes in filtered water with organic sunflower, pumpkin and Linseeds, ginger, mixed spice, rice bran, cinnamon, stevia and
Sea Salt (also a pinch of
Epsom Salts for bowel regularity)
Snacks (eaten at anytime throughout the day, although these snacks do end up being my lunch, which is eaten between 12pm - 4pm)– Homemade biscuits; (made using buckwheat flour, organic butter, coconut oil, an egg, spices, rice bran.
rice cakes and butter.
LOTS of nuts – blanched almonds, mixed raw nuts, raw cashews, roasted/salted pistachios.
Sometimes natural cows or sheeps yoghurt.
Sometimes humous with rice cakes or dip vegetables in it
Sometimes I buy fresh coconut and snack on it.
I drink mineral water, ozone infused mineral water (taken in the morning on an empty stomach), Dandelion coffee, green tea, chamomile tea, fresh squeezed lemon in hot filtered water(usually last thing at night). All my hot drinks are used with boiled, filtered water.
Colloidal Silver drink occasionally.
Now I do eat/snack a lot, mainly on nuts. I do tend to be samey with what I eat, i.e an onion every day etc.
I also chop up garlic and swallow it down with a meal.
I also take kefir made from Organic whole milk, maybe every other day.
Supplements:
Two antifungals, rotated each month (oregano oil, capryllic acid, G.S.E, neem etc), biotin, ginkyo biloba, alkalizing tabs, vit c 1000, magnesium/calcium, codliver oil, glucosamine with chrondoitin and MSM. Sometimes I take a multi B vit.
All of those I have twice daily with breakfast and dinner.
I take a probiotic capsule in the am with water.
All the veg is fresh but not always organic. I would not buy farmed fish.
Sometimes I have a roast meat dinner with veg only. (I do not eat potatoes)
