Sure, eat a bland diet of brown rice, cooked veggies and maybe some
Seasalt for seasoning. Drink at least 10 cups of water a day.
Make some homemade cultured cabbage it works pretty good. Warning it doesn't taste that great though. Anyways get some bok choy or regular cabbage. Cut into small pieces ( I suggest you make a large batch) Add the cabbage then add filtered water to top of the container as close as possible of course. Seal it with a tight lid or suran wrap. Let it sit at room tempature 35 degrees celcius for 3 to 4 days.
Eat about 2 cups twice a day. Preferably after you first meal in the morning and with or after you last meal at night.
Get a yoga dvd or you can download some off the internet. Don't laugh but yoga helps with blood flow etc. There is a pressure point for hives also. At the centre of your upper back. Between the 1 and 2 bone on the back is a pressure point press firmly for about 5 minutes each time.
Any questions? just email me I usually get severe hives but i'm starting to control it more now.
