It has to be yeast-free, no white flour - just wholemeal flour, or soya flour, anything but white wheat flour. Sourdough breads are a good choice if you like the taste, it's a very different taste, I don't like it!!
Yeast free wholemeal pitta bread, if you can find them. Rice bread. If you find anything suitable, it'll be in the health food stores.
You can make some too. Wholemeal soda bread is another option.
I know what you mean, it seems like there's nothing to eat. My candida's calmed down now, but the diet was hellish. I was always hungry, and I didn't lose weight because I'm hypothyroid which was a drag!
I used to get so mad with the restrictions, I'd go on strike and refuse to eat! It's very hard.
