I'm the same as the other two- avoid all nuts, even cashews (very sadly) have mold in them, no matter how fresh. Freshly cracked almonds is right and I have to admit since I made that final transition of only allowing freshly cracked almonds (and v few), it's made a heap of difference. Snacks then, yes seeds ...pumpkin, sunflower...really good and healthy.
Grains- my candida has been really bad and the naturopath told me to go off carbs completely- I did it for a bit I did begin to get very tired so I started off by having brown rice every other day- this is now fine. Quinoa is brilliant- AND it's protein too. Millet is fine (but not very tasty). Try not to have too much oats by the way (about as addictive as cashews I found but tasty and moorish probably means it can't be doing you any good).
Hang in there and stick to it, it will pay off!
