Gallbladder meridian peaks at 11-1am.
Liver meridian peaks at 1-3am.
I guess no-one has considered daylight savings, but here in Australia our clocks are one hour forward, so I guess we should be doing
Epsom Salts at 7pm & 9pm, and the olive oil at 11pm to compensate.
