its an annoying little rash isnt it!

you can find neem soaps in a health food store usually. get ones thats extra strength. the one i use:

i bought from that store so if you want to do the online thing they are good to buy from. i think that the "organix" brand is best. the others i have tried seemed too weak.

also get something to really scrub your back with like those exfoliating gloves or a back brush. use it everyday in the shower.

wash you clothing in hotest water possible. if you can use that "oxyclean" in the laundry. skip cheap detergents. they just dont get stuff clean and then your clothing keeps re-infecting you.

blackhead clearing "clean and clear" in the Acne stuff isle at the grocery store should be used topically. it leaves behind a residue of sal. acid that fights the rash. also gold bond extra strength powder (green bottle) has that sal. acid and helps keep the skin dry.

i tried pharm pills to kill it. didnt work.
i tried just washing the clothes and extra showers. didnt work.

so you have to do this whole combo if you really want to get rid of it.
1.extra strength neem soap
2.scrub off with a brush or exfoliating glove daily (using that neem soap)
3.clothing = hot water/oxy clean
4.post shower = clean and clear and gold bond extra strength

i also did a Bowel Cleanse and a couple water fasts. Water Fasts really seem to help. i did two 4 day master cleanses and 2 or 3 48 hour water fasts.

any Indian grocery shop will have neem oil...much cheaper than you'll find elsewhere. It is stinky though!! P U
