Yeah i saw on a few websites that it feeds good and bad bacteria/yeast so i stopped eating the jerusalem artichokes. i got tons of gas from them and no other foods give me gas and bloating really except for them. i am wondering about the inulin though. i read it was the FOS that was bad. not the inulin. is inulin some type of sweetener or something?? is that why you said you use stevia? i thought inulin was something that is now added to probiotics to help beat candida. i use stevia as well to sweeten my yogurt.
