I've had tests done which have confirmed I am low on all the main B vitamins and magnesium. Went through a stage of having vitamin IV's. They really worked at first but then lost their potency when I caught a cold. After that they never appeared to work as well again...most strange. Now I self inject magnesium and B12..they do offer some improvment on the anxiety and depression, but not a cure.
Obviously I need to get my digestion back on an even keel by dealing with the candida. My private doctor has recommended a course or anti-fungals..Nystatin and another I can't remember the name of, with a low carb not
Sugar diet. But my general doctor won't prescribe the drugs....he doesn't believe in candida. I have a sneaking feeling it is the over use of anti-biotics and anti-depressants that have caused the candida. Anti-biotics killed the good guys and the anti-depressants made my body acidic.
Anyway, from what I have read on the forum the natural route is the best one to take. I have done one
Liver Flush which was quite successful and was planning another when a car pulled out on me when I was riding my motorbike.
Liver Flushing and a broken leg don't really go together!!
In a funny way it is a relief to hear I'm not the only one with candida to get the depression, anxiety, lack of motivation and panic attacks.
