Hey all!
I am currently researching the Raw Food diet and would like to begin doing it. I have been a vegetarian for about 12 years and have had periods of strictly organic eating, etc. Wondering what the rules are on eating food. FOr instance, does all milk products, yogurt, cottage cheese, have to be soy based since they are homogonized at over 116 degrees??? ALl your help and info could be great!
