Bentonite is a volcanic clay, very constipating as it scratches the intestinal walls by adhering to them and drags toxins and rizhomic candida along.
You can play with the quantity, according to what you eat.
Constipation: augment the psyllium
Flu: augment the bentonite.
If you do not seem to get it under control, stop the shakes for a few days and eat probiotics (kefir, yogurt or wathever you use to re-establish your natural intestinal flora). Start again with the shakes (and probiotics) once you've had it under control.
