It's white anything white in your stool is likey to be yeast (unles you had nuts and did not completely digest them). But candida being white and forming into long chains, it is easy to identify. Stringy white thread in your stool is candida.

sometimes it will also look like small tiny pieces of toilet paper, white but almost translucid.
