Im 22 and have taken Antibiotics 20+ times. I had bad ear infections as a kid and then didnt have them anymore until i came to college and i started getting sick i.e. mono, ear infections, etc. I am wondering if there is anyway to know for sure if i have a yeast infection. This is a reply to # 281,940The spit test is a good and easy way to confirm a diagnostic. But don't buy the products over there (I did not post this because I recommended the products, only the test).

I've started doing vinegar enemas - not only in case of die off like I used to - but more regularly. And I pass candida on a daily basis! Tks for your advice!
