ISn't there Sugar (sorbitol) in Listerine mouthwash ? Doesn't
that feed the candida in your mouth ? may switch to a sugar
free mouthwash. What do you think ?
You should definitely switch but perhaps you just shouldn't use mouthwash. Make your own. Commercial ones are usually toxic. And apparently high concentrations of alcohol in your mouth everyday is carcinogenic. Or at least you could swish with xylitol after the listerine.
Very simple and efficient against candida, a bit of salt in water. Take just enough water for your mouthwash add a spoonful of salt. Feel the difference.
We tend to have a sodium deficiency and this will help insure a daily input of sodium.
