Before taking threelac I did have diarhea somewhat bad, but its completely gone now...So it is doing something--I just wanna make sure itll do something "more" :).

I think you've spent enough money on Threelac, your money would be better spent on good microbes such as live acidophilus, Primal Defense and some good bowel management now.

If several weeks of Threelac haven't cured you of yeast totally you probably have very weak digestion that is constantly giving the yeasties plenty of undigested foods to eat. So you need to build up the power of your digestion with things to increase gastric fluids and pancreatic enzymes.

You can gargle with Pau D'arco tea, or apple cider vinegar, or a solution of oil of oregano and water, to deal with the thrush. You can also get a powdered version of nystatin and gargle with that.

It's very important to take a comprehensive approach and not just anti-yeast techniques if you want to cure candidiasis quickly.

Grains are very damaging and block mineral absorption in the gut. They are not good for health for anyone, let alone a candida sufferer. Go to www.mercola.com and search for grains and you'll get an real eye opener about dangerous grains. The only grains that should be eaten, like nuts and beans are those that have been properly soaked.

Nystatin will not kill the ThreeLac and you would take them at different times. I took nystatin for 2-1/2, and only garlic as an anti-fungal in addition. My candida got cured but I'd had it for over 25 years (it takes one month of natural healing for each year you've been ill).

About your mouth. Most people with candida have it in their mouth as well. It makes sense since candida resides in all of our mucus membranes. Whatever happened to wipe out our good flora fauna in our gut didn't just affect the gut. It seems like it's thrush and treating it specifically is important. You don't want to get receding gums like I did. I eventually started losing teeth and had to get dentures.

This is when a powdered anti-fungal like nystatin comes in handy because is so versatile and mixes easily in water. Mix 1/4 teaspoon nystatin in about 1-2 ounces of sterile water - hold and swish in mouth for 2 minutes - then swallow (also kills candida in your throat and all the way down). Aside note: You can also sniff nystatin for the sinuses and nasal passages.

If your anti-fungal products are in capsules you could break the
powder out of them and mix 2 capsules in 1-2 ounces of sterile water; swish it around for 2 minutes in your mouth, then swallow.

If your anti-fungal product is a tablet you could put a couple into a heavy plastic bag and pound it to a fine powder with a hammer.

But also garlic will do it. Crush raw garlic and then mince it
finely; put 1 large clove into 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil; make
1/4 cup at a time or more; let it marinate for 2 days; then take a
tablespoon in your mouth and hold it for 2 minutes swishing it around well and swallow.

You can also use 1/2 drug store type hydrogen peroxide and 1/2 sterile water; swish it around in your mouth for 1 minute and spit it out - this is one thing you do not swallow.

But also alternate anti-fungals with probiotics just like you do for your guts. Use powdered acidophilus (2 capsules in 1-2 ounces sterile water) or use kefir; hold and swish in the mouth 2 minutes and swallow.

I can't believe the horrible advice people give on this forum.
If you've only been on Threelac for 17 days it's not surprising that you haven't noticed any health improvements yet. Try taking it for at least 3 months, maybe even up to 6 months.
And if yogurt contains lactose, why would it be ok to eat just because it supposedly contains healthy bacteria? Surely some people can tolerate it, but I can definitely not.
