There is no straightforward way from the place where we are to the wished-for goal in physics. Albert Einstein wrote:

For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution. It is, strictly speaking, a real factor in scientific research.

The reason I told you to read Shelley's post was because the Evolution she talks of has *nothing* to do with Darwinism. First off Shelley talks about "Souls" being created, and even speaks about God. Her usage of the word "evolution" is a spiritual one - denoting change over time.

My point was that many people use the word "evolution" using it in a plethora of different ways. 99% of these people don't even understand Darwinism, and usually what they are talking about is not Darwinian.

In its most general sense evolution referst to change over time. Most everything changes over time.

I think Shelly's theory is flawed also. How can you be seperate from something that is everywhere & inside everything? That is what the fall from Eden was, preceived seperation, when there isn't any. We didn't come here to be seperate, we come here to advance. Earth is the school. Spiritual life is the real life. Why would we want to be a denser vibration, when a higher vibration is better? We start dense to become less dense, or higher vibrations. God being bored so he made us? I don't think so. God made us so we would have the chance to become like God because God is so loving and wants to share the wealth, so to speak. God the farmer. Evolution could be the process of returning to the "source", I'll agree with. But Involution/Evolution = confusion, seperation, and failure.
