Hello Elizabeth,
I have been a vegetarian for the past two years and also wondered if my eating habits contributed to my lower yield. I did this cleanse for preventative measures, not because of any symptom that I was experiencing.
I just finished my first cleanse today and I only got 157 stones out so far and it's 5:16pm. I dont' think I'll be seeing many more at this point. About 25 to 30 of them were as big or bigger than a pea. One was the size of a bean. All were green and soft...none of the stones were hard/calcified. I had anticipated that I would be rid of many more stones after reading everyone's stories here. So perhaps our eating habits have helped? :)
I too had great difficulty with the
Epsom Salts as they tasted VILE and as I am sensitive to sulfur compounds (and allergic to a few of them). I woke up today with a headache that felt identical to a "red wine hangover". I would like to find something besides
Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulfate) that I can tolerate as I would like to do another cleanse soon.
