I haven't been feeling to well, I have a lot of physical problems, and its gotten worse for the almost two years. I'm always in pain and its gotten worse, I'm taking my med's but I have to lay down to rest so it will take affect.

Tendentious in both shoulders, both wrist, left hand
Carpal tunnel in my right hand, my fingers swell up bat and its hard.
Arthritis in both knees
Heel spur in left foot
Fibromalgia
Myalgia
Possible spinal stenosis
Rheumatoid arthritis, my middle finger in my right hand

Psoriasis on my scalp
Stomach problems

Asthma
Allergies to almost everything

etc.

Sometimes the pain can be so great that a simple thing as opening up the toothpaste hurts like crazy.

My weight doesn't help either, I need to lose some weight.

I'm diabetic type two

I'm not telling you this to get pity but I need help.
