just a note for those doing vision improvement. I got back from the eye doc today. my vision improved as follows: right eye went from -3.75 last year to -3.25; left eye -4.00 to -3.75. not a huge improvement, but cerainly measureable. and its just the start. Bates method works!

In addition to the bates method, I have been following the Andreas' Moritz's general health advice (cleansing), with diet and lifestyle. I also wash with Dr. Schulze eyewash, use castor oil in the eyes. I believe all of these things are starting to come together and work. This was the first time in my life that my vision measurable improved as opposed to deteriorated.
