I hope that you are feeling better. One of the things that contributes to floaters ia deficiecy in b vitamins and possibly a weak pituitary. I would take a liquid multi vitamin like Nature's Source. It is good quality and easily assimilated. I would try to eat vegetables and simple foods. I imagine you are blood thinners and other medications, sometimes they effect vitamin metabolism, so you may need extra. Try to stay away from processed foods and fast foods and soda. Carbonation robs the body of oxygen, which your blood needs to be getting to your brain to heal. Iron is also important for blood oxygenation. Also Asparagus extract from Ritecare.com is excelent for the eye tissues.

This is a reply to # 267,895Hi, I was just reading your post about floaters from about year ago and wanted your opinion on a post I just made about a problem I'm having. Here it is...
For almost 10 years I have had this occasional spot in my right eye just to the left of center, and the only way I can explain it is it looks like a burnt spot. I usually can't see it unless I'm outside and blink my eyes. It goes away usually in a day and may return two times each year.
The doctor says he doesn't see anything wrong with my eye.
Well, Friday I had this spot that looked, when blinking my eyes at the sky, like a comet. It is smoky in color, not black and not a light. And, it doesn't move. It seemed to be orginiating from the same spot as the spot I mentioned above. It lasted two hours and stopped.
It came back today and I went to see the eye doctor. Before he looked in my eye, he told me that he thought that it was something leaking in the vitreous humor, which he said comes with age. I'm 39 with Type 1 diabetes.
I have regular checkups and there is no diabetes in my eyes yet. I have also had a history of seeing a ring of light when waking in the morning and looking to the side suddenly. The retina doctor told me that this was something that comes with age as the vitreous humor thickens.
It has been over 12 hours and the "comet" is still there. Does anyone have any ideas? It is blocking my vision like a flash from a camera affects your vision for a few minutes.

Yes, I have a similar thing since I was 23 years old, but it does not block my vision. It is commonly associated with the aging process because it is a 'breaking-down' or deteriation of the layers of of the sclera in the eye, causing blood vessels to rupture and exposing marks. I know a woman who has atleast 20 of them in her eye.
The corelation to blood Sugar imbalance is True. It does not mean that you have to have Diabetes. It can simply be hypoglycemia or less tolerance for glucose in the blood. What is 'Normal'Glucose Tolerance, on Medical Lab Tests, is not necessarily 'Normal' for you.
Originally I tried cleaning my Liver etc... That really did not help my eyes. The pancreas is my main issue and my eyes are still not clear.
I have not begun yet, but I am going to take homeopathics for pancreas and homeopathic phosphorus is good for spots in the eyes. I have studied homeopathy for a few years and used them sucessfully for skin, weight management, inflamation, PMS, cramps, edema, caffeine detox, mercury detox... These have all worked miracles for me. I do not know if you can find a good homeopath near you. Dr. Shah online is cheap, and looks very knowledgable. Until I learned homeopathy myself, I did not see great results because my homeopaths missed my 'constitutional type' (which is your physiological make-up) and the 'miasm' (which is the block to a chronic illness). Just those two things alone can cure most of your ailments, without those two things addressed, nothing can be fixed permanently.
This is just my personal experience. I hope that it sheds some light on the situation for you. There is always an answer. Don't give up.

I don't know of any homeopaths near me.
How can I find out my constitutional type and miasm?
