I had laser done on my eyes a year ago next week and it has come back...not to the same extent as before...I had myopia 6 or so in each eye...I´ve made an appointment to go back to the doc that operated me next week so I´ll see what strength I have ...I reckon 1 -2... which Thank God isn´t a bad yet but bad enough...I don´t want to re-operate....risks and also I´m interested in the Bates metod...in fact years ago I had a book on it that my mother found second hand in a charity jumble sale but as I was still in my teens and though that I had too much myopia to go without glasses I read the book but never tried the method...this time I will...Any advice...what book should I buy....Bates method on line or h.
