exactly! thanks, finallyfaith too. i already ordered this one online, just to test it out, then i stumbled upon it again at safeway/morrisons for a slightly cheaper rate. i hope it works. i better go try it out then :-)
Braggs brand of ACV also has a solid history and reputation and much positive feedback. That is another reason, besides cost, that I would purchase the Braggs ACV.
Someone wrote that they do not allow unfiltered or not didtilled apple cider vinegar to be imported into the U.K. ? but I can't site any official law...so it may just be an import/export political thing?
I can get Bragg's and several other brands of organic unfiltered ACV with the mother at four health stores in my area alone, so it's likely available where you are - most of what's available in Ireland is available in the UK (as far as I know)
yes .. the reason i was asking apart from the fact that the Braggs one is a bit difficult to get was that this one's spelt cyder and then it had pictures of the apples.. i wasnt sure. but apparently its ok as its made out of apples and its organic. the only other thing is the mother. i dont see any mother in this one and it doesnt mention it. apparently the braggs one has visible mother that you can chew/drink/ingest. does that mean this is one point to back up the argument that this one is not as good as the braggs one? or it doesnt matter about the mother.
good question, i am willing to bet that curezoner chirontherainbowbridge has the answer to that. perhaps post a message directly to her. or ask in the "ask moreless ph forum" lots of people in there use acv, and several are in the UK.
yes, the mother indicates it is good raw unpastuerized acv, i would not trust it if did'nt have it! Many of the minerals or nutrients are contained in it!
