After reading the Bragg's book on ACV, I started taking 2 tsps. ACV (Bragg's brand) and 1-2 tsps of honey in glass of distilled water three times daily. I developed an abdominal cramps after a few days. I had stopped taking ACV and the ache actually gone 2-3 days later.
Then, I decided to decrease the dosage (1 tsps) and tried again. The same abdominal ache came back after few days . Finally after a week break, I started taking only the 1 tsps of ACV daily(!) , and still it develops the same abdominal ache( a very strong one) I have never felt before. I stopped taking ACV understanding for sure that ACV was the real cause of the ache.
Reading so many benefits of ACV, I really want to take it, but somehow it does not work for me.
I don't have a problem to drink the mix of ACV and honey (or mapple syrup). It is really tasty and refreshing drink. I would drink it even more but have to be very carefull now.
I will do another break and this time try one drop of ACV and adding one drp more every week.
