I have not seen this one. I will look. I usually buy Bragg's, but have bought Eden at times and believe it to be a very good product. Bragg's is just more available, and in larger sizes, in my area.

in my view, Eden has the best flavour and 'feel', and for me, 'feel' includes
the energetic quality of it, on several levels. The taste is also much more subtle and mellow ( while still being full-bodied) than Bragg's. It comes in a brown glass bottle, which just says "quality" to me, and: If it weren't good quality it wouldn't deserve to be protected from light. I've tried Filsinger's, Eden, and most recently Bragg's when nothing else was available. I found the Bragg's sharp, and in fact almost difficult to drink, whereas I can enjoy Eden in hot water, with nothing added-- though sometimes the mix of ACV and a samll bit of molasses is good. Second best, to my taste is Filsinger's. I wish I felt competent to make it myself. I use a lot, not only in water, food, but in making mineral, fruit and herb vinegars/tinctures.


But then, I love a good Tamari and do NOT like Bragg's Liquid Aminos. To me the latter tastes like an 'inauthentic' food.
