Im drinking about 15T per day, I started about a month ago, seems to be clearing my skin. Is this too much? Any symptoms I should be aware of? I dont want to upset my mineral balance or anything. thanks!

MoreThis is a reply to # 265,819I would take 1 tablespoon in carrot juice or some other juice plus cinnamon three times a day until my symptoms quit.
