My mother alway s recomended the white vingear for the douching. But when i told the GYN she said it changings your PH balance and ot use plaon tap water. Love to her what the female reader have to say about that advice? Thanks a bunch

Tiss apple cider time. Get a gallon of cider (not pasturized)loosen the cap a bit and let it work, it will turn to vinegar in a short time.
