I have read to do a good enema, lie on your right side. If the colon (sigmoid) comes around our 'left' side up over to yur right, shouldn't ypu lie on your 'left' side? This has always confused me. Thanks!- Re: Emema Question... Lynn

This is a reply to # 26,335Hello,
I do right side, knees to chest for coffee enema, left side then move to back and right side for any other. I don't know if this is "correct" but seems to work for me.
