I'm on day 3 on the Master-Cleanse and I really really like it. I want to incorporate exercising, maybe some light weights and walking into my Master-Cleanse to increase my weightloss potential (I dont wanna get too flabby) but I'm afraid it might cause more harm than good. How much exercise can I do, if i can do it at all.
You can exercise while MCing. In fact I feel better and get more results when I do. Just remember to listen to your body. When you feel energetic go for it. If you feel weak don't push yourself so your body has the time it needs to renew itself.
