Your body got used to having all the liquid it was supposed to get (about a gallon a day or half your weight in ounces) while on the Mc. Also your colon is working more efficiently ,sucking out all the nutrients and moisture it can from the digested food...
I start my day w/ a
quart of water and drink at least a gallon per day. Try that.
Heavy fiber foods also help. Starches should be minimal for a while.
The tea will not promote natural rythm either. You're done w/the tea.
