I've noticed improvements in my skin since starting cleanses, but I have always had rather dry skin. Topically I have started using organic coconut oil after bathing (according to Stanley Burroughs in
The Master Cleanser ), and this seems to work better than the olive oil I used to use as it is not quite as heavy. I ingest plenty of olive oil, fruits and veggies, juices (carrots!) in my daily diet, but wonder if you have any suggestions about what else I could eat that would bring more natural moisture to my skin. Particularly, my lower legs and hands seem the dryest.
Thanks for any suggestions!
Also, I never use commercial beauty products and have recently started dry brushing before bathing...yet I still have dryness.
