Okay, for some reason this is embarrassing....and we talk about some pretty embarrassing stuff here.
I have "baby fat" on my tummy area, and have had it all my life. I've done fasting, liver cleanses, and am continuing the cleansing. I'm getting back into regular exercise, and am in pretty good shape (weigh around 110 lbs). It seems to run in my family now that I think about it.
Even when I was running 5 mile six days a week, I still had the layer of fat. I can remember having it all my life.
I know women tend to have fat around the middle because of child bearing, but something just doesn't seem right.
Any thoughs or suggestions?
