From what I have read, the best way is exercise and proper diet of course but also other ways are herbal forms such as gotu kola. It is the best I have heard. If you can't afford the herbs, the trampoline is the best exercise for cellulite so get on one and bounce your way to fit. Lay on the floor after your bounce and put your feet up and massage your legs, it is eliminated easier that way. Drinking 8 glasses of water will eliminate a lot of toxins for you.
