I would avoid anything carbonated or with any possible artificial flavors, especially artificial sweeteners.
Is the potassium an added ingredient, or is it in the tea because it is a part of an ingredient, like lemon?
This is my personal approach to MC:
Keep it simple. Trust the lemonade. You don't need "treats". Sometimes these extra things can simply add to discomfort. Go through the process. Observe your 'cravings' without acting on them. Find out what is real. See what happens when you deny yourself the instant gratification, and reach beyond the desire. Step up to this cleanse experience, because you owe it to yourself to train your body and your mind to work together for health.
