I'm sorry you are feeling lousy! Yet this is all part of it and it does get so much better. It's a hell of a ride sometime...sometime?hah
At night time you are not intaking h2o nor flushing ,so the toxins really build up. Also, since you are laying down (unless you are a bat!),the toxins that cause the accumulate in the head more than they would while upright. Thus the a.m. headaches can be pretty tough. Mint tea will probably help ,too and calm settle the tummy.
Great advise to do the tea in the a.m., also ,in the stead of swf. Hopefully , you are using good salt and not just plain white uniodized
Sea Salt . I swear by Redmond and many love Celtic Grey. They taste better,lighter and also contain more minerals.
Definitley drink up. I tend to prescribe to the 'shoot for 10-12'
Master-Cleanse cocktails per day theory(or at least half your weight in ounces). The combo 'punch' in the punch from the cayenne and lemon will disolve and breakdown toxins better than water ,in my opinion, along with ensuring a good amount of calories and nutrients from the maple or your 'sugar of selected choice,while providing all the H2o you will ever need. I do like to start the day with a big glass of water after my morning purge and one at night.
