Hello, Somewhere on this site, I ran across the recipe for the Lemonade Diet , but now can't find it. :>(...Can somone help me? I want to do a cleanse, and start with the Lemonade Diet , but can not find the reciep..then, do I start teh Cleanse #1 and #2?

8oz distilled water
8oz fresh lemon/lime juice (lime optional)
cayenne powder (some can only take less than 1/8th teaspon to start. I personally take 1 teaspon)

This is a reply to # 25,960Distilled water is dead water. The water we drink comes from a spring 3000m down. Beware of anything other than the gift of nature.Distilled water is tampered water.. you have got to be joking.
