please advise...this is my first time on mc and all is going reletively well, I feel better than ever, but today I have small bumps all over my face not really visable, but I can feel them, they feel like heat bumps,and they are itchy, Is this a result of the toxins, and what can I do?- Re: my skins freaking me out... amberlynn72

MoreThis is a reply to # 259,205are you on your first week?? this is completely normal...your skin is getting a bit oilier...it will go away if you normally do not have acne.

This is a reply to # 259,205It IS detox. The skin is the largest organ of detox and if you are lucky, tomorrow, your bumps may be gone. Keep hydrated and do not skip your tea or SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) since you generally detox through the skin when your other organs of detox, liver, kidneys, colon, are congested.
This will pass, so hang in there!
