> 2 weeks ago I took one dose of superfood with juice in the morning and got severe abdominal cramps, smelly gas, and diarrhea. I figured I just needed an intestinal cleanse, so 10 days later I started taking intestinal formula 1. I've tried it for 3 days now, and am having intermittent abdominal pain (extremely severe when it comes, relieved by going to the toilet), very very smelly gas, and my stools have now developed into diarrhea. I have decided to stop taking this product. Should I give it all a rest? Or should I take intestinal formula 2 after letting my system calm down? If I do so, is there a modified dosage I should take, given the adverse effects of these other two products? And should I try again to take Superfood but in smaller doses? I felt very sick last time.
I've never heard of that problem with superfood. I would recommend you take it with a banana. I eat the banana by itself but Schuzle throws it in the blender with the superfood and juice. I personally hate superfood with fruit juice - too sweet. I use distilled water.
As for the Intestinal -1. I have heard similar complaints. I assume you took it correctly - one pill with your dinner. Schulze would say, hey you work out for the first time in years and your muscles get sore. They same thing is at play here - your bowel muscles are sore from lack of use.
Don't jump to Int 2 yet. Either tough out the cramps or switch to Intestinal -3. It is much much gentler. Or you could order FenlB from http://www.drchristopher.isbrilliant.com/ this is Dr. Christopher's original bowel cleanse, and it too is gentler that Int - 1.
