Beside _Bob's suggestions,
Avoid fruit juices, as most have a lot of simple sugars (glucose and fructose)
And choose vegetable that is low on sugar.
Carrots can be very high on simple sugar, so use it with caution.
All other vegetable are usually not a big problem, if it doesn't cause digestion problems, bloating ...
It is also recommended to chew your juice, before you swallow it.
That way you will need less, and it may not cause hyerglycemic schock.
Whatever you eat, eat it slowly.
It is important to eat more often, small amount.
Expect changes inside of you.
If you are using any meds or hormones for diabetics, it may happened that you need less ... or nothing...
And, for all diabetics, I always suggest Hellingers therapy, as that disease have a lot to do with your soul, your familly and your ancestors.
