> My problem is the wife. She is not a good patient when it comes to taking Cayenne, and her doctor tells her to not take garlic with her present prescription blood pressure medicine.

> She will take the sublingual B-12, MSM, and other things, but not without comlaining. One thing good about this whole mess is that I don't have to remind her to take her prescription stuff. It seems as if she will jump to take the drugs, but will balk at taking natural things. I've got addictive sleeping pills, and addictive pain pills around in plenty supply too.

These amazing benefits include lowering cholesterol dramatically, cleaning plaque from arterial walls, fighting over 20 types of cancer, stimulating the immune system, fighting infection, and controlling blood pressure. Finely chop 1-4 cloves of garlic, mix with a little water, and drink!

When there is blockage of the circulation, there is starvation, then stagnation, and finally disease. Cayenne acts like a "Roto-rooter" on the body's circulatory system, allowing blood to flow unobstructed. When the blood is loaded with nutrients from Superfood and garlic, cayenne is the vehicle to move it throughout the entire body!

I know exactly how you feel. As harsh as it sounds - i no longer give any 'non asked for' advice. You wear yourself out trying to change others.
How sick is it that a doctor puts you on some drug and you are not allowed to eat (not TAKE;)) a given food, in this instance, Garlic?? Emeril would flip!
Guess what? High blood pressure is not a disease. It is a symptom. A symptom of the heart, brain, etc. needing blood and not getting it. So the brain raises the pressure to get it there. The bs drug that medicine uses simply lowers the 'get it higher' response. With no thought to why the body NEEDS the pressure higher. Garlic, cayenne, etc. address all the problems and as the other aspects heal - bp lowers.
To me - bm meds are horrible. In the short term lowering the bp may be a grace - but long term - just logically think out what is happening!
