Maybe I am misunderstanding your question... but why are you drinking OJ on day 3, unless you want to?
Once you start the soup... you are good to go from there. I'd suggest you go easy on the solids tho... might be tough on the tummy the first few days.
Have you decided on a healthy eating plan??? Go from there... but go slow.
I have had a big glass of OJ every day for 4 weeks now... but I love OJ. I have also been eating Organic yogurt to help replace the flora in my gut. I forgot to get some acidophilis (can't spell it) so I am still doing yogurt.
I may order some acidophilis from online so I don't have to go to the Health food store for another couple of months.
I love the fact that I only eat 1/2 serving of what I used to and I feel REALLY FULL!
But I am going back on the
Master-Cleanse again tonight or tomorrow. I always feel sick to my stomach after food. I think I need to do this again and then BREAK RIGHT!
