Hmm.. OK I've done the full swf each morning and today is day 4. Before today, my butt pee has been a mix of pee and brownish 'stuff' (I'm not a toilet watcher and exit stage right as fast as possible from the rr). But today ALL my release was pure butt pee (4 times). I know it's been talked about some here, but this stuff was pure gold. From my quick glances backwards, I saw zero 'stuff', only a pool of gold.
What's this stuff coming out of me at this point? How'd the clear salt water end up like this? What's coming out?

This is just old bile (YELLOW) and perfectly (cough-cough) normal!
It could be like waiting to exhale...the body needs a little more time to loosen old debris or you need to up the drinks if you are on the low end of your intake, or something as simple as more exercise can hasten the releasing.
Keep up the good work and may the poo flow better tomorrow!

I don't buy the "old bile" thing, but then again I don't believe in "mucoid plaque" either. That said, I had the same experience as you. Maybe a little brown stuff first off and then 4-6 bouts of bright golden liquid each day (after the SWF). I was a little freaked out at first too but it seems to be the norm. One day I had my 32oz jug of lemonaid in the sun and I noticed it had the same amazing golden glow. I think there's a connection. - Re: I Think We ALL KNOW the TRUE COL... alienlady

This is a reply to # 255,608I always had the Glowing Gold/Yellow Liquid, but there was always (for 17 days) teeney tiny, pieces of thin paper like pieces or paint chips in it. I mean every time. I assumed it was peeling off the intestinal walls.
It sure wasn't FOOD or anything else I can think off.
At least I know I was getting rid of more than just liquid running right thru me.
