Hey folks! This is my second attempt. Last time I gave up on Day 3 ... I was a wuss. The cold (it was winter, then, and we aren't heated well) was really getting to me. But now it's spring, and warm, and here I am on Day 3 with no chills or hunger pangs in sight! Feelin' GREAT!
Anyway - I'm one of those wussy people who has a hard time with the SWF. I suck it up, OK! BUT I was wondering for those that can't CHUG (and I've read posts/sites that promote sipping) what the maximum time frame I need to get this stuff down to be effective? 10 minutes? 20? 40? Does it matter?
Help appreciated!
