I didn't do my starting weight for this fast, because I did a 10 day just prior to it, and then gained some weight back prior to restarting. I'm counting weight loss from the first fast, and not "double counting" what I regained, and then relost.
My highest weight was 251, down to 242.5 as my "starting weight". I know I stabilized at 232 for about 6 days after my first fast; then pigged out for a week, and probably put on about 7 pounds, which quickly came back off.

As for my goals, they are spelled out in my blog (//www.curezone.org/blogs/f.asp?f=622&t=30344) in greater detail, but here are the basics:
Continue fasting until I hit between 190-192. Then I will reintroduce solids, but stay on a high raw, small portion diet until I hit my final goal (about 165-175). As a teenager, my ideal weight (per doctor) was 143. I am only 5'4", but have large and dense bones. I was wearing 5/6 and 7/8 clothing at the time! I am now 38, and would love to see myself back into size 10's and 12's, and I think the 165 would get me there. I also know it may take a full year to get all the way down. For now, I want to get far enough under 200 so that I will NEVER hit that mark again!
